CSS (WEDGE) ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM
Mechanical or hydraulic wedge CSS adjustment system is simpler and safer than the shim adjustment.
AN INTEGRAL MOTOR BASE
An integral motor base is mounted on the crusher frame to extend V-belt life and save the mounting space, the foundation can be simpler, while the standard belt wheel and the flywheel cover can be used.
RELIABLE & DURABLE HEAVY-DUTY PITMAN ASSEMBLE
The pitman is made of high quality cast steel, driven by the heavy-duty cast iron belt wheel and flying wheel. The heavy duty forging eccentric flying wheel shaft and SKF or FAG bearing make the crusher extraordinarily reliable. The pitman is equipped with one interchangeable protection plate; efficiently protect the pitman from the shock of the feeding material.
